Upon the two legs of Biblical orientation and qualified clinical application ACC purposes to enable greater ACCESS (Rom. 5:2) to the Grace and Power of God with self, with others, at home, at work and in ministry.

ACC works to enhance life giving skills and bring HOPE into the redeeming work of God's loving process of growth, maturation, healing and restoration of His people and to the community around us (Rom. 5:1-5).
