Emotions & Behavior Control for Teens Group
Access Grace is currently taking applications for a 16 week class for young men & women (13-17) who wish to learn how to master their emotions, behaviors & improve relationship skills.
You will learn mindfulness & dialectical behavior therapy skills for helping you manage mood swings, control angry outbursts, and get along with others. Skills are taught in the following four areas: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
We are enrolling adolescents who are 11-13, as well as those 14-17, in separate cohorts. Individual sessions will be offered in tandem with the group meeting.
We are regularly in the process of starting new groups.
Our groups will meet on Mondays or Tuesdays at 5:30 or 6pm.
