What are your fees?
We are committed to helping our clients access our services through various creative means. We will try to do our best see that everyone wanting to access our services might have opportunity to do so. To that end, we offer several payment options. Charges are based on the usual, customary, and reasonable fee profiles for our professional experience and geographic area. In a few cases where financial hardship truly exists we may offer a sliding scale according to one’s annual income levels. Specific fees are discussed in detail during the first session.
My church has said they will pay for my counseling. Do you work with churches?
Yes, we are more than happy to work with churches. Many offer help to members in need through their deacons’ funds or other support systems. Please speak with us about how we may help you coordinate this assistance where available.
Do you have long distance services?
Yes, we do offer phone sessions and sessions via Skype or other video conferencing means. Please note that you need to be responsible for understanding and complying with any legal limitations or ethical restrictions that may take governance in your specific situation, state or location.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the volume of clients that we see and due to the demands of our current waiting list we require a 24 hour notification to avoid a $50- charge for the time we have reserved for you for any change of appointment or cancellation of your appointment if not within 24 hours of your reserved time. Exceptions, of course, are made only for valid emergencies.
May I write a check? Yes. Please make all checks out to "ASI"
Do you accept credit cards? Yes. We accept both Master Card and Visa, plus bank debit cards.
